Audit Manager, Technology

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct IT audit engagements to critically assess management and internal control processes.
- Develop and execute audit plans to identify emerging issues and trends.
- Provide critical input to senior management on the practical aspects of the audit and its execution.
- Help develop annual audit plans and execute audits in full recognition of the risks of the group.
- Conduct advisory engagements and other engagements as required.
- Identify and evaluate the impact of new and emerging technology and technology risk on the organizations processes and control environment.
- Utilize data analytics in advisory engagements to improve quality and efficiencies.
- Maintain the independence of the audit practice and its personnel.
- Develop insightful discussion points contributing to audit reports.
- Ensure that all audit procedures executed are conducted in accordance with Corporate Audit Methodology.
- Develop and maintain good working relations with key stakeholders.
- Actively monitor change management initiatives and identifies potential risks.
- Maintain and enhance professional audit qualifications in line with industry standards.
- Provide specialized consulting, analytical and technical support.
- Work independently and regularly handle non-routine situations.
Requirements:
- Typically between 5+ years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- IT Audit or technology focused risk management experience required.
- Professional designations such as CISA, CIA or other technology focused certifications.
- Strong verbal & written communication skills.
- Collaboration & team skills - In-depth.
- Analytical and problem solving skills - In-depth.
- Influence skills - In-depth.
- Data driven decision making - In-depth.
Salary: $74,800.00 - $138,600.00
Pay Type: Salaried
