We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Administrative Assistant to join our team at Parminder Makkar Notary Corporation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and court appearances.
  • Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents.
  • Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Communication: Review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage.
  • Administrative Support: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, maintain records, and provide administrative support to the legal team.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset, but not required.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
