We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Team Assistant to provide support for our assigned team in their daily activities. As a valued team member, you will play a key role in providing connected, accessible, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the team, including receiving and initiating incoming and outgoing telephone calls, communicating with team members, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist with operational functions, including processing requisitions, preparing related documents, and monitoring inventory of supplies.
  • Support the team in providing information and referral services to patients, families, service providers, and the general public.
  • Collaborate with staff, care providers, clients, and pharmacies to confirm dates, deliveries, and discrepancies of supplies.
  • Book routine client home visit appointments and client/family conferences, prepare agendas, and reserve meeting rooms as directed by Care Coordinators.
  • Arrange client transportation by taxi or ambulance, as authorized by Care Coordinators.
  • Maintain team in/out schedule and assist with projects or initiatives related to job responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • High school graduation diploma plus one year of Community College diploma in Office Administration, Business, Health Administration, or equivalent program.
  • Minimum 18 months of previous experience in similar customer service or related position in the health, social, or business administration fields.
  • Fluency in English and French is required.
