Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Sales Supervisor to join our team at H & M GLOBAL CONSULTING INC. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales floor, managing sales teams, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign Sales Teams: Assign sales workers to duties, ensuring that each team member is working efficiently and effectively.
- Hire and Train: Hire and train or arrange for training of staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Order Merchandise: Order merchandise, ensuring that the sales floor is always stocked with the latest products.
- Authorize Returns: Authorize the return of merchandise, ensuring that customers are satisfied with their purchases.
- Establish Work Schedules: Establish work schedules, ensuring that sales teams are working efficiently and effectively.
- Prepare Reports: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing valuable insights to management.
- Resolve Issues: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, ensuring that customers are satisfied and that sales teams are working efficiently.
- Organize Inventory: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that the sales floor is always stocked with the latest products.
- Supervise Sales Teams: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of sales teams, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or retail management.
- Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, organized, reliability, and a team player.
