Rental Counter Representative Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Rental Counter Representative to join our team at Dagmar Resort Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice to customers on merchandise, including sports equipment and clothing.
  • Greet customers, discuss their needs, and prepare merchandise for purchase or rental.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision, handling repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods.
  • Meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Develop a positive attitude, be proactive, and demonstrate excellent oral communication skills.
  • Work a variable schedule of 25 to 40 hours per week, with the opportunity to train and develop your skills.

Requirements:

  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Will train on the job.
  • Fluency in English is required.
