Rental Counter Representative Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Rental Counter Representative to join our team at Dagmar Resort Ltd. As a key member of our rental shop team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, advising customers on merchandise, and preparing rentals for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice on sports equipment and clothing to customers
  • Greet customers and discuss their rental needs, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience
  • Prepare rentals for customers, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and responsibilities with minimal supervision
Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, with frequent bending, crouching, and standing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and a proactive approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
