Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team at Blue Demon Group Inc. as a Bookkeeping Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and performing various accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounting Tasks: Perform various accounting tasks, including reconciliations, journal entries, and account analysis.
  • Payroll Processing: Assist with payroll processing, including preparing paycheques and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports for management, including variance analysis and trend analysis.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Skills: QuickBooks, attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a team environment.
