Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Personal Support Worker to join our team at Ontario Inc. as a Nursing Care Support Worker. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals in need of nursing care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accompany patients on outdoor recreational activities to promote physical and mental well-being
  • Perform various tasks related to patient care and comfort, including taking vital signs and serving meal trays
  • Supply and empty bed pans, and maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
  • Transport patients between care facilities, ensuring their safety and comfort
  • Answer call signals to determine patients' needs and provide timely assistance
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Will train on the job
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
