ROLE OVERVIEW

We are currently seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals for the position of Outside Parts Sales Representative. This role involves engaging with potential clients to explore new parts and service opportunities while also managing existing accounts.

As an Outside Parts Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing and nurturing a thorough understanding of all parts available through CB Canada.
  • Conducting outreach to potential customers through cold calls and in-person visits to foster new business relationships.
  • Promoting product offerings to both current and prospective clients.
  • Evaluating sales and market potential to identify avenues for growth.
  • Collaborating with OEM and supplier partners to stay informed about product features and advantages.
  • Addressing and resolving customer concerns effectively.
  • Building and maintaining a territory by providing ongoing support to both new and existing clients to ensure repeat business.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Friendly and energetic demeanor with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to meeting deadlines.
  • Post-secondary education is preferred, though relevant experience will be considered.
  • Parts ticket is an asset but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to exceeding client expectations.
  • Prior experience in outside sales and cold calling with a proven success record.
  • Possession of a Class 5 driver’s license.
  • Background in parts inventory management.
