Job Summary

This role is a dedicated Financial Planning Professional that supports our retail Financial Planning Professionals.

Job Description

This position will focus on supporting our retail financial planners in achieving success in the areas of the Right Skills and Capabilities and the Right Advice, leading to the Right Results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and mentor Financial Planners on all aspects of the financial planning process.
  • Be a Subject Matter Expert for sound guidance on broad range of technical tax, estate, financial planning ideas and strategies.
  • Effectively communicate expert knowledge around issues affecting Mass Affluent individuals and business owners such as transitioning into retirement, investing through holding companies, sale of a business, wealth transfer etc.
  • Facilitate skill building workshops with Financial Planners on financial planning topics; Marketing and promotion of planning tools to Financial Planners.
  • Collaborate with other in-market support roles for driving the development and implementation of sales enablement, sales strategy and sales communications.
  • Contribute to special projects such as leading development of training and financial planning tools and/or supporting financial planning strategy and other partners across the organization.
Requirements
  • CFP, QAFP or PFP required (CFP preferred).
  • Ability to work from home.
  • Ability to travel within the supported region.
