Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in the field of construction cost analysis
Primary Duties:
  • Compile and assess estimates for labor and material expenses
  • Generate pre-qualification documents for potential clients
  • Evaluate bids and provide recommendations for contract awards
  • Establish and maintain cost tracking systems
  • Interpret and analyze blueprints and project specifications
Position Details:
  • Full-time employment
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory
  • 35 hours of work per week
