Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Manage the day-to-day activities of the store, including staff supervision, inventory management, and visual merchandising.

  • Staff Management: Supervise and train a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to help them meet their sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Merchandising and Inventory: Manage the store's inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
  • Financial Management: Monitor and control the store's finances, including sales, expenses, and inventory levels.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
