About the Role:

As a Lighting Showroom Supervisor, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring a team of consultants, demonstrating strong management skills, and collaborating with team members to enhance product knowledge and drive store sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Use proven sales experience to guide and mentor a team of consultants, providing coaching and feedback to ensure they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a strong understanding of lighting products and trends, collaborating with team members to enhance product knowledge and drive store sales.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
