As the Director, Revenue Operations, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and strategic growth across our North American market. You will be responsible for leading and optimizing revenue-generating processes, ensuring alignment between sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams.
Your Responsibilities:- Develop and implement robust revenue operations strategies to enhance sales effectiveness, marketing ROI, and customer retention.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to optimize revenue performance across the entire customer lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish scalable processes, tools, and systems that support our go-to-market strategy.
- Lead the development and implementation of sales compensation plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and individual performance.
- Drive operational efficiency by identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices within the revenue organization.
- Proven track record of success leading Revenue Operations or Sales Operations functions in a high-growth environment.
- Deep understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, and data analytics tools (e.g., NetSuite, Power BI).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
