About the Role

We are seeking a skilled video producer with a strong design sensibility and exceptional execution capabilities to join our team. You will collaborate with a diverse group of designers, content strategists, videographers, developers, and product managers to produce the Bank's digital publications and products.

Team Dynamics

Our team is a small, agile unit of developers, designers, videographers, and content specialists. We are committed to pushing the boundaries of the Bank's digital communications.

Your Responsibilities

  • Create compelling video content tailored for various audiences.
  • Adhere to established brand guidelines.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance Bank content through video.
  • Contribute to video strategy and execute projects accordingly.
  • Manage video assets and final products, along with equipment inventory.
  • Provide coaching to colleagues on video production techniques.
  • Work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Engage in constructive feedback processes.

Required Skills and Knowledge

  • Proven experience managing video production projects in a corporate setting.
  • Extensive background as a camera operator, video editor, and motion graphics animator.
  • A portfolio showcasing your work and creative process is essential for application.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships across the organization and create a positive work environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Creative thinking to develop visual narratives and simplify complex concepts.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge in graphic design, animation, and presentation development.
  • Experience in cataloging media assets for efficient access.
  • Fluency in both official languages is an asset.

Education and Experience

  • A minimum of three years of experience in a video production environment.

Additional Information

  • Language requirement: Bilingual proficiency in English and French is essential.
  • Priority will be given to Canadian citizens and permanent residents.
  • Security clearance: Eligibility for Reliability is required.
  • No relocation assistance will be provided.

Work Arrangement

The Bank offers flexible work arrangements that support high-performing teams and a positive workplace culture. Employees can telework from home for a significant portion of the month while being expected to be on-site at least eight days per month to foster connections with colleagues.
