Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled video producer with a strong design sensibility and exceptional execution abilities to become part of our team. You will collaborate with a diverse group of designers, content strategists, videographers, developers, and product managers to produce the Bank's digital publications and products.

About Our Team
Our team consists of a small, agile group of developers, designers, videographers, and content specialists. We are committed to advancing the Bank's digital communications to the forefront of the industry.

Key Responsibilities
Under the guidance of the Video Production Lead, you will:

Develop captivating video content for various target audiences Understand and follow brand guidelines Identify opportunities to enhance Bank content through video Contribute to video strategy and execute projects aligned with that strategy Organize video files and final products, along with managing equipment inventory Mentor colleagues in video production techniques Work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines Provide and accept constructive feedback

Required Knowledge and Skills

Proven experience managing video production projects in a corporate setting Extensive background as a camera operator, video editor, and motion graphics animator A portfolio showcasing your work and creative process is required with your application Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Cloud suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across the organization and foster a professional yet enjoyable atmosphere Excellent verbal and written communication skills Creative thinking ability to craft visual narratives and simplify complex concepts

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with graphic design, animation, and presentation development Experience in cataloging media assets for efficient access Fluency in both official languages is an asset

Education and Experience

At least three years of experience in a video production environment

Important Information

Language requirement: Bilingual proficiency in English and French, with a minimum functional level (level 4) in the second official language. Training may be provided to help achieve a fully functional level (level 5) in the second official language. Priority will be given to Canadian citizens and permanent residents. Security clearance required: Must be eligible to obtain Reliability status. No relocation assistance will be provided. Hybrid Work Model

The Bank offers flexible work arrangements that support high-performing teams and foster a positive workplace culture. Most employees can work remotely for a significant portion of each month as part of the Bank's hybrid work model, with an expectation to be on-site a minimum of eight days per month to strengthen connections among colleagues. Candidates must reside in Canada and be within reasonable commuting distance of the office.

Salaries are determined based on qualifications and experience, typically ranging from $77,853 to $91,592 (job grade 15). The Bank offers an incentive for meeting performance expectations, ranging from 5% to 7% of your base salary. Additional performance pay (3%) is available for those who exceed expectations, with exceptional performers potentially qualifying for higher performance pay. Flexible and comprehensive benefits allow you to select the level of health and dental coverage that suits your needs. Additional vacation days (up to five each year) can be purchased to enhance your vacation entitlement. Opportunity to join the indexed, defined-benefit pension plan after 24 consecutive months of service.
