Professional Services Director

As a key member of the Vitalité Health Network team, the Professional Services Manager will oversee the planning, organization, and coordination of Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, and Social Work departments. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to patients, employees, and visitors, while adhering to professional standards and network policies.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, organize, and direct the activities of the departments to achieve quality service delivery.
- Manage human and financial resources to optimize departmental performance.
- Develop and implement performance management strategies to improve service quality.
- Collect and analyze statistics to inform departmental decision-making.
- Provide training and continuing education opportunities to staff.
- Ensure patient and staff safety through effective risk management.
- Collaborate with regional projects to advance professional practices.
- Bachelor's or master's degree from a recognized university in a health profession.
- Minimum five years of clinical experience.
- Minimum three years of recent management experience.
- Member of a professional association in a health profession.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Adherence to professional ethics principles and network values.
