About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior MERN Stack Developer to join our team at CG Consulting Group. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable and high-performing web applications using the MERN technology stack.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend development, with experience in designing and implementing server-side components, RESTful APIs, and microservices. You will also have expertise in MongoDB, Node.js, and React, as well as a solid understanding of cloud platforms and services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and Develop Full-Stack Web Applications: You will be responsible for designing and implementing full-stack web applications using the MERN technology stack, ensuring that they are scalable, high-performing, and meet the required functionality.
  2. Collaborate with Front-End and UX/UI Design Teams: You will work closely with the front-end and UX/UI design teams to implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces, ensuring that the application meets the required design and functionality standards.
  3. Architect and Implement Scalable Server-Side Components: You will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable and efficient server-side components using Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB, ensuring that they meet the required performance and scalability standards.
  4. Develop and Integrate RESTful APIs and Microservices: You will develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices to support front-end functionality, ensuring that they meet the required security and performance standards.
  5. Design and Maintain MongoDB Database Schemas: You will be responsible for designing and maintaining MongoDB database schemas, indexes, and data access layers, ensuring that they meet the required performance and scalability standards.
  6. Implement User Authentication and Authorization Systems: You will implement user authentication and authorization systems using industry best practices and security protocols, ensuring that they meet the required security standards.
  7. Optimize Applications for Maximum Speed and Performance: You will be responsible for optimizing applications for maximum speed and performance, ensuring that they meet the required performance standards.
  8. Write Clean, Modular, and Maintainable Code: You will write clean, modular, and maintainable code for both front-end and back-end components, ensuring that they meet the required code quality standards.
  9. Contribute to the Entire Software Development Lifecycle: You will contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment, ensuring that the application meets the required functionality and quality standards.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Related Field: You must have a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  2. 10+ Years of Experience: You must have at least 10 years of experience in software development, with a strong background in backend development.
  3. Proven Experience as a MERN Stack Developer: You must have proven experience as a MERN Stack developer, with a strong focus on backend development.
  4. Front-End Experience: You must have experience in front-end development, with expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
  5. Backend Experience: You must have experience in backend development, with expertise in Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
  6. Cloud Infrastructure Experience: You must have experience in cloud infrastructure, with expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
  7. Tech Delivery Experience: You must have experience in tech delivery, with expertise in CI/CD pipelines and agile development methodologies.
  8. Tools and Technologies Used: You must have experience in using tools and technologies such as Kafka, MongoDB, and Git.
