Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Ownership: Own and be responsible for end-to-end development of projects/programs assigned, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality software programs.
  • Design and Development: Deliver high-quality software programs adhering to standards, and be involved in design reviews and program specifications review.
  • SDLC Participation: Participate in all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and provide operational support on applications to business users.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work both independently and with other team members, across teams in different time zones, to collaborate with stakeholders and drive a standard framework for development processes.
  • Problem-Solving and Leadership: Provide in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define issues and develop innovative solutions, and lead from the front to resolve problems.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5-8 years in enterprise application development, with experience in full stack web application development, including React JS, CSS, JavaScript, and Node.js.
  • Technical Skills: Strong background in core JAVA/J2EE, microservices, web services, and Spring framework, with extensive working experience in CI/CD pipeline and DevOps.
  • Database Knowledge: Knowledge in databases like Oracle and other distributed technologies, with experience in ECS/Docker and OpenShift a plus.
  • Communication and Analytical Skills: Ability to communicate complex issues and ideas with absolute precision and clarity, and extensive experience in system analysis and programming of software applications.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience, with Master's degree preferred.
