Job Role: Culinary Team Leader

We are seeking a committed Culinary Team Leader to become a part of our vibrant team at Capital Sweets and Restaurant. The successful candidate will be tasked with managing kitchen operations and ensuring that exceptional meals are consistently prepared and served to our patrons.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of meals or individual dishes
  • Instruct team members in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety
  • Manage inventory and order necessary supplies and equipment
  • Oversee kitchen personnel and assist in their development
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and workspaces
  • Coordinate and manage buffet and banquet setups
