We are seeking a talented and driven Culinary Team Lead to join our team at Shark Club. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading shifts, managing budgetary goals, and contributing to a positive team morale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce all menu items in an efficient and consistent manner while following company specifications
  • Actively lead shifts, in support of senior leadership team members
  • Contribute to a positive team morale through contests and supporting team members on shift
  • Assist in ensuring the use of fresh, top-quality ingredients while balancing costs daily

Key Requirements:

  • Previous culinary experience in a full-service restaurant or bar with strong culinary production skills
  • Desire to develop and motivate the people around you to always be their best
  • Committed to continuous improvement
  • Energetic and positive
  • Committed to being inclusive and embracing diversity
