Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Recreational Facility Attendant to join our team at HB Studios Sports Centre. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and providing exceptional service to our members and guests.

Responsibilities
  • Facility Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure the facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to members and guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Event Support: Assist with the setup and teardown of events, including tournaments, camps, and other activities.
  • Admissions and Membership: Process admissions and membership sales, as well as handle customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with staff, members, and guests, ensuring that all needs are met and concerns are addressed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Experience an asset
  • Availability: Availability for shift or on-call work
  • Language: English
  • Work Term: Casual
  • Hours: 20 to 35 hours per week
