We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Insurance Sales Representative. As a representative of Tom Burnside - Desjardins Insurance Agent, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet marketing goals and objectives.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with the agent to identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in an outside sales or inside sales environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain).
