Farm Laborer

Puneet Orchards is seeking a skilled and dedicated Farm Laborer to join our team. As a Farm Laborer, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our farm, ensuring the smooth growth and harvesting of our crops.
Key Responsibilities- Apply Fertilizers and Pesticides: Safely apply fertilizers and pesticides to crops as instructed by our farm management team.
- Crop Management: Monitor and maintain the growth of crops, including vines, vine canopies, and grapes.
- Harvesting and Packing: Hand harvest vegetables and fruits, and pack them for distribution.
- Maintenance and Repair: Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, and perform routine maintenance tasks.
- Disease Detection: Detect and report any disease or health problems in crops, livestock, and poultry.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of daily progress, including crop growth, harvesting, and maintenance activities.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
- Language: English language proficiency required.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
