We are a leading agricultural company seeking a skilled Farm Laborer to join our team at Puneet Orchards.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks related to crop care, harvesting, and farm maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Crop Care: Apply fertilizers, dose water saturation, light, and temperature as instructed for crop growth and development.
  • Harvesting: Hand harvesting vegetables, harvest seedlings, pick row and orchard crops, and pack fruits and vegetables.
  • Farm Maintenance: Maintain and manage growth of vines, vine canopy, and grapes, mix fertilizer, monitor water lines, air flow, and temperature in barns, and clean work area.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.
  • Disease Detection: Detect disease and health problems in crops, livestock, and poultry.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Will train.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
