  • Establish and maintain work schedules to ensure adequate coverage and minimize overtime.
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a sales or supervisory role.
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 35 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
