Bakery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Manager to join our team at Boxcar Donuts Inc. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of high-quality baked goods, managing inventory, and ensuring that our bakery operates efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Production Management: Oversee the production of baked goods, including preparing dough, batters, and icings, and ensuring that all products meet our high standards.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train bakery staff, including bakers, decorators, and sales team members, to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all products meet our standards, and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
- Attention to Detail: Must have excellent attention to detail to ensure that all products meet our high standards.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Hand-Eye Coordination: Must have good hand-eye coordination to handle heavy loads and operate machinery.
- Physically Demanding: Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift heavy loads.
- Client Focus: Must have excellent customer service skills and be able to provide a high level of service to our customers.
- Reliability: Must be reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Team Player: Must be able to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
