Warehouse Operations Manager

At ANDREW HARRIS, we are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports to management on warehouse operations, including inventory levels, stock movements, and productivity metrics.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and minimal stock discrepancies.
- Team Management: Train, coach, and develop a team of warehouse staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, productivity, and quality.
- Health and Safety: Ensure a safe working environment by implementing and enforcing health and safety policies and procedures.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Environment: Wholesalers.
- Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
