Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Mary Brown's Chicken. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a food service environment an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
