We are seeking a committed Catering Service Worker to facilitate the smooth execution of catering functions at DelMonte Hotel Group. This position is ideal for individuals who excel in delivering top-notch customer service and thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to all attendees.
  • Efficiently prepare and dismantle catering venues.
  • Conduct regular inventory assessments and promptly address any inconsistencies.
  • Safely manage the transportation of food and beverages.
  • Ensure all catering equipment is maintained and operational.
  • Adhere closely to contractual obligations and schedules.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to anticipate and meet customer requirements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a related field is beneficial.
  • Smart Serve certification is required.
  • Understanding of safe food handling procedures.
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities.
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
  • Willingness to accommodate varying work shifts.

Work Environment:

This role involves on-site work with physical tasks that include standing, walking, and reaching.
