Job Title: Guest Service Supervisor

At EMPEROR CONCIERGE INC., we are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences across various locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Prepare and submit reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to enhance productivity and product quality.
  • Assist guests with special needs, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repair work as needed.
  • Requisition materials and supplies to support business operations.
  • Provide emergency response when required, adhering to emergency and safety procedures.
  • Participate in emergency response planning and follow established protocols.
  • Keep logs and maintain records to ensure compliance and accountability.
  • Advise senior management on key issues and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Staff supervision experience in various areas of responsibility.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
  • Organized and efficient, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Team player with leadership skills, able to motivate and guide staff.
  • Experience an asset, but not required.
  • Health benefits, including a healthcare plan.
  • Permanent employment, with a 40-50 hour workweek.
  • English language proficiency.
