We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Learning Resource Consultant to join our team at AMA - Alberta Motor Association. As a key member of our Education and Learning department, you will play a critical role in developing and delivering learning experiences that support our corporate strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities- Learning Experience Development: Develop and deliver learning experiences using current adult learning principles, ensuring corporate strategic priorities are supported.
- Facilitation and Instructional Design: Facilitate learning programs and operational initiatives, with high attendee satisfaction, to all levels of the Association.
- Consultation and Coaching: Consult with leaders across the Association to effectively translate identified strategies and plans into learning opportunities.
- Industry Trends and Best Practices: Remain up-to-date on industry trends, developments, best practices, and emerging concepts in the field of adult learning.
- Long-term Strategy: Provide input and ongoing support for the implementation of the long-term strategy for learning at AMA.
- Training and Development: Coach and guide Learning Resource Consultants in facilitation and instructional design.
- Metrics and Evaluation: Contribute to the development of metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and solutions to scorecard results.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in adult education, human resource management, or equivalent combination of education or experience.
- Experience: At least 10 years of relevant experience in a senior level learning role, combined with a minimum 5 years' experience developing and delivering online learning or leadership-based courses.
- Professional Association Membership: Professional association membership and/or related advanced certification.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving, planning, and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
