Job Title: Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Pizza 67 Ltd. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of our restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase customer loyalty and drive sales growth.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies, to ensure profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Proven track record of success in managing staff, achieving sales targets, and controlling costs.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
