Restaurant Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Arby's Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Co-ordinate Staff: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Manage Inventory: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing a positive and welcoming experience for all customers.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports as required.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Availability: Available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
