Key Responsibilities:

  • Labeling and Packaging: Accurately label and package food items for distribution to our stores.
  • Heavy Lifting and Material Handling: Lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds, and perform other material handling tasks as needed.
  • Food Preparation: Cut and prepare vegetables for soups and salads, and prepare orders for multiple stores.

Requirements:

  • Reliability and Work Ethic: Must be reliable, hardworking, and fast in production.
  • Personal Protective Equipment: Must have CSA-approved steel toe boots or shoes.
  • Scheduling: Must be able to work 5 days a week between 10am and 7pm, including weekends.
  • Environmental Adaptability: Must be comfortable working in a cool and wet environment.
  • Communication and Eligibility: Must be able to communicate in English and be legally eligible to work in Canada.
  • Long-term Employment: Looking for long-term employment with a stable and growing company.
  • Food Safety and Handling: Must adhere to all food preparation standards.

Total Rewards:

  • Competitive Hourly Rate: $16.00 per hour.
