Drive Business Growth as a Sales Development Representative

IC 360 Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and nurture leads generated by the company through various channels.
  • Maintain consistent communication with prospects, providing information and addressing inquiries.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, demos, and follow-ups with potential clients.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to close deals.
  • Assist with sales-related administrative tasks, such as data entry and CRM updates.
  • Revise and enhance sales tools to continuously improve the sales methodology.
  • Track and report on sales activities, progress, and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter with high initiative and ability to run their own sales pipeline.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
