Sales Development Representative

Drive business growth as a Sales Development Representative at IC 360 Solutions. You will play a crucial role in moving leads through the sales funnel, ensuring consistent communication, and coordinating with senior team members to close deals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and nurture leads generated by the company through various channels.
  • Maintain consistent communication with prospects, providing information and addressing inquiries.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, demos, and follow-ups with potential clients.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to close deals.
  • Assist with sales-related administrative tasks, such as data entry and CRM updates.
  • Revise and enhance sales tools to improve the sales methodology.
  • Track and report on sales activities, progress, and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
  • Experience in the Managed Services industry is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (bilingualism is an asset).
  • Self-starter with high initiative and the ability to run their own sales pipeline.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
