About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at Quality Inn. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
    • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, taking into account their specific needs and requirements.
  • Kitchen Operations and Management
    • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
    • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, ensuring they are equipped to provide excellent service.
    • Order supplies and equipment, maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
    • Clean kitchen and work areas, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for staff and customers.
    • Manage kitchen operations, ensuring seamless service and high-quality food production.
  • Team Leadership and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to achieve common goals and objectives.
    • Communicate effectively with staff, management, and customers to ensure excellent service and high-quality food production.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language and Work Environment
    • Work Language: English.
    • Hours: 35 hours per week.
