  • Staff Training and Development: Train and mentor kitchen staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure consistency and excellence.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize inventory levels and minimize waste.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Ensure a clean and safe working environment by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Culinary Expertise: Demonstrate expertise in Japanese cuisine and other culinary specialties to provide a unique dining experience for our customers.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
