About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Villa Madina - Water Park. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective operational procedures to ensure seamless service delivery, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff scheduling.

Lead and Motivate a Team

Supervise and train a team of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet the highest standards of service and quality.

Manage Food Quality and Safety

Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards, adhering to health and safety regulations and guidelines.

Monitor and Control Costs

Prepare and manage budgets, controlling costs and ensuring that financial targets are met.

Provide Exceptional Guest Service

Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience

A minimum of 1 year of experience in a food service supervisory role, preferably in a water park or similar environment.

Language and Communication

Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Physical Demands

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
