Job Summary

Batisco Construction Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Magazine Assistant to join our team. As a Magazine Assistant, you will be responsible for conducting sales calls, addressing customer complaints, and managing inventory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Sales Calls: Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Address Customer Complaints: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage Inventory: Receive, unpack, and sort incoming parts, supplies, and materials. Store items in a warehouse, tool room, or supply area.
  • Prepare and Track Work Orders: Create and manage work orders to ensure efficient processing and delivery of parts and supplies.
  • Process Incoming Requisitions: Review and process requisition orders to replenish parts and supplies.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in French is required.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel. Must be able to lift over 45 kg (100 lbs).
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication skills, client focus, dependability, and team player.
