ServiceNow Functional Analyst

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Functional Analyst to join our team at Intellex Systems. As a ServiceNow Functional Analyst, you will be responsible for providing functional analysis, configuration, and development services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide functional analysis and configuration services to our clients
- Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements
- Collaborate with business teams and IT teams to gather requirements and design solutions
- Conduct testing, documentation, and knowledge transfer to staff members
- Work on hybrid projects, responsible for travel and travel-related expenses
Requirements:
- Certified ServiceNow Application Developer and System Administrator
- Expert knowledge of the ServiceNow ITSM platform and service management modules
- Experience with 3-5 major ServiceNow projects
- Minimum 3 years of experience with configuration/development of ServiceNow
- Strong knowledge of business analysis, best practices, and methodologies
- Good experience as a functional analyst with application integrations and end-to-end use cases for system integration
- Ability to effectively conduct requirements gathering sessions and concisely document the outcome
- Self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience creating user stories, use cases, process flows, wireframes, and data mappings
- Experience with user interface (UI) design
- Experience with Agile Methodology
- Knowledge of full lifecycle application development
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to communicate well with technical and non-technical customers
Preferred Qualifications:
- Public Sector experience
