As a Clinical Assistant RPN, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest level of patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare services.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all relevant regulations and policies.
- Ensure a safe and clean working environment by following established procedures and protocols.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and ensure proper operation of medical devices.
- Manage medical and stationary supplies, maintaining optimal levels to support patient care.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical knowledge and best practices through ongoing education and training.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide exceptional patient care, communicating effectively and responding to requests in a timely manner.
- Contribute to the success of our team by participating in problem-solving and goal-setting initiatives.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Registered Practical Nurse in good standing with the College of Nurses, Ontario.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability, with a commitment to upholding the highest standards of patient care.
- Ability to adapt to change and support the implementation of new initiatives and policies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
