Financial Service Manager Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Service Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving financial performance and supporting strategic decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance and support to managers in cost control and analysis, optimizing profitability across various operations.
  • Generate accurate and insightful financial reports, enabling data-driven decision-making at all levels.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analyses for projects and initiatives, identifying opportunities for enhanced performance and value creation.
  • Analyze cost structures and operational data to produce reliable cost and performance statistics, informing strategic planning and resource allocation.
  • Actively participate in month-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of accounting experience within the manufacturing industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Administration, with a CPA designation preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems, such as SAP, is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
