Role Overview: As a Structural Bridge Engineering Intern, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support the successful delivery of bridge projects through creative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design and analysis of bridge structures, contributing to both conceptual and detailed design phases.
  • Support the development and review of preliminary and detailed designs for new bridges, culverts, and retaining walls.
  • Participate in the preparation of drawings, specifications, schedules, and cost estimates.
  • Conduct field inspections of existing structures and assist in preparing inspection reports.
  • Contribute to the drafting of bridge evaluation and structural design reports.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and Engineers as part of a multi-disciplinary project team.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • Familiarity with structural design software and tools.
  • Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
