Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Team Lead to join our team at Western Financial Group. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of advisors and ensuring optimal performance of the Care Centre.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process changes to insurance policies and endorsements in accordance with policy and procedure.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry and product knowledge to ensure compliance with legislative statutes.
  • Conduct performance evaluations for staff in partnership with the Manager, Customer Care Centre.
  • Develop and maintain industry knowledge through training and other courses.
  • Ensure accurate and consistent documentation and correspondence.
  • Assist other departments and teams as required.
  • Manage and audit team performance to ensure optimal results.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to staff in partnership with the Manager, Customer Care Centre.
  • Develop reports and analysis to inform business decisions.

Requirements

  • General Insurance Level 2 License required.
  • Proven track record of implementing initiatives and best practices.
  • Strong time-management and training skills in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
