Auto Team Lead Job Description

HUB International Canada West ULC (Canada West) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Auto Team Lead to join our team. As an Auto Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of insurance professionals in providing exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mentor and train employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with management to set and achieve business goals and objectives.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to employees to help them improve their performance and achieve their full potential.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the team is equipped with the latest knowledge and skills.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service and support.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of experience in a leadership role in the insurance industry.
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive results.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field an asset.
