Job Title: CPOE Build Consultant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled CPOE Build Consultant to join our team at Global Pharma Tek. As a key member of our healthcare IT team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing clinical workflows and order sets for our acute care clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Clinical Workflow Design:
Develop and implement clinical workflows that meet the needs of our clients, including order entry, tasking, and clinical documentation.

2. Order Set Development:
Build and maintain order sets for our clients, including orders, OEFs, and tasking.

3. System Configuration:
Configure system settings at the core level to ensure seamless integration with our clients' systems.

4. Leadership and Collaboration:
Provide leadership and guidance to new Nurse Informatics staff, including translation of paper ordersets to DCWs for PowerPlan build.

5. Technical Expertise:
Possess strong technical knowledge of system configuration and be able to translate paper ordersets into build requirements documents.

Requirements:

1. Education:
RN or pharmacist by background required.

2. Experience:
Strong understanding of CPOE/clinical workflows in acute care space, including order entry, Mpages, quick orders, tasking/tasklists, care compass, clinical documentation.

3. Skills:
Strong leadership and architect skills with systems thinking of CPOE and Order Set build. Expertise in order set build, orders, OEFs, tasking, flexing, codesets, rules.
