We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Banquet Attendant to join our Food and Beverage team at Four Seasons Hotel Toronto. As a key member of our events team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring seamless event execution, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Assist with event setup, breakdown, and execution, including table settings, chair arrangements, and equipment setup
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless event execution and guest satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced Food and Beverage environment, preferably in a banquet or events role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to lift up to 80lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Smart Serve certification
