Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

At Grand Cinnamon Convention and Banquet Center, we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy convention center.
  • Train and supervise a team of kitchen and food service staff, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional service to our guests.
  • Hire and manage a team of food service staff, including kitchen helpers and dining room attendants.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure the success of our food service operations.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or hospitality role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a combination of sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
